Your tracking may state “Pre-Shipment” even though your order has been shipped and left our facility. Next stop is to the USPS distribution center where it will then be sorted and scanned. This process takes a few days — this is perfectly normal.
Processing Time
Orders received after 12 PM EST count as received on the next business day.
Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order before it ships.
Shipping Method & Timing
Free standard shipping (USPS) for first orders over $100.
USPS transit times average 6–10 business days (not guaranteed).
Weekends and holidays do not count toward transit time.
Delays can occur, especially during peak seasons.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates, APO, and FPO ship via USPS only.
Orders received by 12 PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.
Orders after 12 PM ship the next business day.
Delivery days: Monday–Friday only.
Weather delays may occur; UPS does not reimburse for weather-related delays.
Only UPS Next Day Air is guaranteed.
PO Boxes are not accepted for UPS deliveries.
Important: Some countries do not permit CBD/hemp imports, including: Australia, Canada, Russia, New Zealand, Singapore, Iceland, Malaysia, and Israel. Please check your local laws before ordering.

UPS Next Day Air is the only guaranteed service.
Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.
Customs & Fees
Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees charged by their country.
We cannot issue refunds for lost, stolen, or seized international shipments to countries where CBD is not permitted.
Packages returned or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses are nonrefundable.
Onward VIP Protection is not available for international orders.
Rejected Packages
Refunds will not be issued for refused or rejected international shipments.
Click “Track Order” on our website and enter your order details.
Check your spam/junk folder for tracking emails.
Tracking updates may take several days, especially for USPS shipments.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on raw food items.
To ensure quick delivery, we process orders immediately.
Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order to make changes.
We cannot modify orders placed on weekends.

Once an order is placed, we cannot apply discount codes retroactively. To stay updated on new promotions, sign up for our newsletter and use your next discount on future orders.
If you reject a package or provide an incorrect shipping address, a $5.99 processing & handling fee may apply if you cancel.
International orders: No refunds on refused or undeliverable packages.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund (less shipping cost) or an exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping any returned product back to us unless you received the wrong item or wish to exchange.
Items must be unopened, in original packaging, or less than 30% used.
Pack items securely and include either the order number or the original packing slip.
