Shipping & Return Policy

Your tracking may say "pre-shipment" even though it did leave our facility.  It is taking longer for the carriers to scan packages.  USPS has 6-10 business days to deliver your package and you may not see movement for several days or weeks....this is perfectly normal.  

 

Shipping within the United States:

  • Our cut-off time is 12pm so if your order is received after 12pm, it then  counts as if it was received the next business day. 
  • 1-2 business days to process your order THEN we ship
  • Free standard shipping via USPS for first orders over $100
  • Transit times for USPS typically averages 6-10 business days but can be more especially during holiday times of the year
  • Weekends do not count as part of USPS transit time
  • USPS is NOT a guaranteed service and delays may occur.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO, and FPO locations ship via USPS only

Shipping outside of the United States (International):

  • Countries that do not accept CBD (hemp) include: Australia, Canada, Russia, New Zealand, Singapore, Iceland, Malaysia, Israel and possibly a few more. Please check with your country's hemp import laws before ordering.
  • We offer shipping services via USPS and UPS.
  • UPS is usually the quickest shipping option, while USPS shipping can take anywhere from 6 to 12 business days or more.  
  • Customs delays may occur during the shipping process.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all import taxes, duties, or traditional fees charged by the destination country.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for lost, stolen, or seized international shipments to countries that do not permit CBD, as well as for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address unless you have Onward VIP Protection added to your order.  
  • Rejecting a package:  We do not process refunds on packages that are refused.

How do I track my order?

  • Click "TRACK ORDER" on our page and enter your information 
  • Check your spam folder for the tracking number sent via email
  • It may take several days for tracking to be updated by the carrier, especially USPS.

UPS:

  • Orders received by 12pm EST, Monday - Friday will ship the same day. After 12pm EST, M-F, it will ship the next business day.
  • Delivery days are Monday - Friday only.
  • Weather delays may occur, and UPS does not guarantee or reimburse for deliveries delayed due to weather.
  • PO Box addresses are not accepted by UPS.

RAW Food & Smart Pet Tags:

  • At this time, we cannot accept returns for raw food as it is a safety concern.  
  • Smart Pet Tags:  We are not able to accept returns as these items are personalized to your pet and cannot be resold once the shipped package is opened.

Can I change or cancel my order?:

To ensure prompt delivery of your items, we process orders for shipping immediately. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it. We cannot make changes to orders placed on weekends. The fastest way to cancel or make changes to your order is to reach out to us via phone or chat. You can call us at 833-546-4738 or click on the chat icon located in the bottom right corner of our website.

I forgot to add a discount code:

After an order has been placed, we are unable to make any adjustments to it. Nevertheless, we do provide various discount opportunities throughout the year. To take advantage of these offers, please sign up for our newsletter or use the code you have received for your future purchase.

Refusing a package OR Incorrect Shipping address:

If you decide to reject a package, without our consent, or your shipping address is incorrect and undeliverable by the carrier, you may be charged a processing & handling fee of up to $5.99 if you decide to cancel your order. 

  • International: 
    • Rejecting a package:  We do not process refunds on packages that are refused.


Return policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund (less shipping cost) or exchange. All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping any returned product back to us unless you received the wrong item or just wish to exchange.

Return Checklist:

  • To qualify for a refund, items being returned must be unopened, in their original packaging, or less than 30% used.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the package, and include either the order number or the original packing slip.
  • At this time, we do not provide return labels

Issue with an order after delivery:

We strive to be perfect but we are human! If you have any issues with your order please let us know within 3 business days of delivery, so make sure you check all your goodies! 

Theft 

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if package(s) are stolen from your door, mailbox, etc once the carrier has confirmed delivery of the order.
