Packages returned or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses are nonrefundable.

Refunds will not be issued for refused or rejected international shipments.

If you reject a package or provide an incorrect shipping address, a $5.99 processing & handling fee may apply if you cancel.
International orders: No refunds on refused or undeliverable packages.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund (less shipping cost) or an exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping any returned product back to us unless you received the wrong item or wish to exchange.
Items must be unopened, in original packaging, or less than 30% used.
Pack items securely and include either the order number or the original packing slip.
