Shipping within the US

 

Due to COVID-19 many postal carriers are still experiencing delays which may affect normal shipping times.  Your tracking may say "pre-shipment" even though it was shipped. It is taking longer for the carrier to scan packages.  

Free USPS shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders over $100. Orders are processed on the day they are received and ship as quickly as possible. Transit times vary and average from 5-7 business days and may incur a delay from the carrier. If Standard Shipping is selected, the carrier will be USPS. USPS is NOT a guaranteed service and delays may occur often due to weather, etc.       

How do I track my order?
Visit our home page and click "TRACK ORDER". Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder since the email comes from our shipping portal. Sometimes it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated, by the carrier, so please be patient and rest assure your package has left our warehouse and it’s on its way to you and your furry friend


Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO, FPO : We ship to these areas using USPS standard or Priority mail.

UPS/FedEx shipments within the US :  If order is received by 2pm EST, Monday - Friday, the order will ship that same day, if in stock. Delivery days are only Monday - Friday. Please note that weather delays may occur and UPS/Fedex do not guarantee or reimburse for deliveries delayed due to weather. PO Box addresses are NOT accepted by these carriers.  

Changes to your order prior to shipping :
Please call 833-546-4738 to speak to a team member to confirm the change. Changes can only be confirmed over the phone & voicemail and not via email.  

Discount codes:
Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes or adjustments to it. Luckily we do offer many discount opportunities throughout the year. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter or use the code you received for a future purchase.

Incorrect addresses on order:
Please double check your shipping address, prior to completing your order. An incorrect address or missing vital information such as an APT or STE # will cause your package to be delayed.

Refusing a package:
If you choose to refuse a package, without our consent, you may be deducted the shipping charge and only receive a refund for the product itself.  

Issue with an order after delivery: We strive to be perfect but we are human! If you have any issues with your order please let us know within 3 business days of delivery, so make sure you check all your goodies!  

International Shipping

Countries we are NOT allowed to ship to: Australia, Canada, Russia, New Zealand, Singapore & Malaysia, Due to strict country laws, we are not able to ship to these countries. We hope this will change soon.

All Other Countries : We ship via USPS or UPS. Transit time can range depending on the carrier. UPS is the quickest option. USPS can range from 6 to 12 business days and sometimes longer. Delays may occur due to customs. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, or traditional fees charges by the destination country. You will be contacted by the proper agency to pay those additional fees in order to receive your package.

Disclaimer: King Kanine is not responsible and will not issue refunds for international shipments to countries, that do not accept CBD, and that are lost, stolen, or taken by customs. If package is refused, but sent back to us and received by our office, shipping charges will not be refunded. If the address is undeliverable and the package is then shipped back to us by the carrier, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us. Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) within 30 days. We will gladly exchange or refund. All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping any returned product back to us unless you received the wrong item or just wish to exchange

Return Checklist:

  • Items being returned must be unopened, in original packaging or less than 30% used to qualify for a refund.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the package along with order number or the original packing slip.
  • All return shipping postage costs must be paid by the customer.
  • We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS to ship your returned product(s) back to us. 

Please email support@kingkanine.com to request our return address. Once returned, a full refund excluding the shipping charge will be processed. At this time, we do not provide return labels.
