How do I file a claim?

After your order is placed, Onward will send you a confirmation email with a direct claim link. You can file with just a few clicks and choose between a refund or a reorder. Claims are reviewed for approval within one hour.

How long do I have to file a claim?

You have 90 days from your order date to file a claim for any shipping issue or product dissatisfaction.

What if my replacement order also gets lost or damaged?

Replacement orders placed by Onward are still covered. You're protected on the replacement the same way you were on the original order.

How does carbon neutral shipping work?

Can I add Onward after my order has shipped?

Onward must be added before your order ships. If you'd like to add it after placing your order, contact us immediately -- but once we send your shipping confirmation email, coverage can no longer be added. Please call or chat; email requests cannot be processed in time.

Are international orders covered?

International orders are generally covered, with one exception: packages containing CBD products that are prohibited for import by a country's customs authorities are excluded from Onward's protection. If customs seizes or rejects your package due to local CBD or hemp restrictions, Onward will not provide coverage or reimbursement for that shipment. Please check your local regulations before ordering CBD products internationally.
